What Remains of the Night: Hélène Labadie, Maxime Testu
Opening | 21. August | 6 - 10 pm
KALI Gallery is pleased to present What Remains of the Night, the first exhibition in Switzerland featuring the two Paris-based artists Hélène Labadie and Maxime Testu.
Bringing together Maxime Testu's paintings and Hélène Labadie's sculptures, the exhibition explores the tension between movement and permanence. Its title evokes what endures after upheaval—the idea that even chaos and disruption never truly alter the essence of nature. Like a landscape that re-emerges in its quiet stillness at dawn, the works speak of the invisible traces left behind by unseen events, inviting viewers to reflect on what remains after the night has passed.
