Biography
Michele Gabriele’s work explores the tensions between digital and material realities, examining the gap between idealized visions of an eco-sustainable future and the disillusionment of their concrete realization. Working across sculpture, painting and performance, he investigates the relationship between representation and materiality, as well as the perception of space and time. Through his distinctive approach, Gabriele creates works that question the boundaries between the virtual and the physical, and the ways in which we experience and interpret the world around us.
